Progressive Caucuses in the Congressional DistrictsWashington State has 9 Congressional Districts, each representing around 650,000 people in Washington DC. We want to organize a Progressive Caucus in each of these districts to lobby Congress and help elect Progressive Democrats to those seats. Here is a list of the districts, the name & contact info for the current Representative, and the name of someone in that district who has volunteered to be a contact for Progressives interested in forming a caucus. If your district doesn't have a volunteer and you are interested, please let the WSPC Chair know.
There are other ways to get involved as well. Democracy for America has built an infrastructure development website called DFA-Link. We can make use of this infrastructure to keep track of our caucus members and meeting times as we build our network. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
